About this blog

Who is Vigdis? Vigdis is our dog, a Danish Swedish farmdog born in August 2008.

What does et al. mean? Et al. is Latin for “and others”.

Used similarly to et cetera (‘and the rest’), to stand for a list of names. Alii is actually masculine, so it can be used for men, or groups of men and women; the feminine, et aliae (or et aliƦ), is appropriate when the ‘others’ are all female. Et alia is neuter plural and thus properly used only for inanimate, genderless objects, but some use it as a gender-neutral alternative. (Wikipedia)

Who, then, are the others? Well, one of them would be me, the writer of this blog. My name’s Kristina and I’m in my 30s. I’m very interested in photography and almost never leave home without my camera (a Nikon D300s).

Why do you keep this blog? To share my photos and stories from everyday life. To connect with others (you!).

Other questions? Leave a comment and I’ll get back to you.
